Why This Exists
Most trading content online falls into one of two buckets: unverifiable "gains screenshot" flexing, or the loss-porn that fills up trading subreddits with no context and no follow-through. Neither is honest documentation. I wanted to try the third option — post the real account, wins and losses both, in a way that's actually checkable instead of just asserted.
How the Journal Works
This isn't a predictions ledger or a signals service — it's a real trading journal. When I buy or sell something in my own account, it gets posted here with the real price and date, wins and losses both. Nothing gets quietly deleted if a trade goes wrong, and nothing gets backdated to look smarter after the fact.
Episode recaps and the Morning Brief pull from this same real account — not a demo account, not a hypothetical portfolio.
What "Verified" Actually Means Here
Every dollar figure published on this site is checked against the source data before it goes live — usually by more than one independent pass. When two numbers disagree, that gets resolved and disclosed, not quietly rounded away. If the underlying trade log is incomplete for a given period (it happens — this is a real account, maintained by a real person, not an automated feed), that gets stated plainly rather than papered over.
